Dewazakura is from the Yamagata Prefecture and has made craft sake since 1892. The brewery is located in Tendo City and situated in the Yamagata Basin, surrounded by high mountains with hot summer and considerable snowfall during winter resulting in great rice. The high quality rice is made into sake by hand and brewed into high quality sake in small quantities. Winner of the Champion Sake at International wine Challenge.
